Dr Syns is an "olde worlde" Guest House offering comfortable B & B accommodation in Kent. The fully licenced restaurant serves a variety of home cooked meals using local & home grown produce to cater for small private functions, weddings, funerals, business lunches and parties, in addition to breakfasts and Evening meals (by prior arrangement) for the residents.
Dr Syns is located in Dymchurch, Kent, next to the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Steam Railway, within 200 yards of the golden sandy beaches and only 15 minutes from the Eurotunnel. Plenty of safe off road parking is available in the grounds. The Guest House, named after "Dr Syn", the mythical character created by actor & author Russel Thorndike, is one of the oldest buildings in Dymchurch dating back to the 1700's and has a wealth of Beamed Ceilings and open fireplaces, with spacious en-suite bedrooms that have a special charm and character.
